The first one couldn't make the claim to be innocent As seen. But it is nothing to the one thatfollows.
All pictures were clearly taken by whomever is railing the Elezen within an inch of his lewd life but all done on Haurchefant's device, likely by his request. This behavior is far from new but it's not something that would be so carelessly sent to poor Ritsuka, a girl he barely knows.

However, it soon becomes clear who the sender is, as she stares wide-eyed on her phone at what's clearly Haurchefant having... Well, to put it politely, he seems to be having the time of his life. Her cheeks grow hot as the pictures load one after another, knowing that she should close the text and pretend that she saw nothing, but she can't quite stop staring. He was a very handsome elf, and it's clear that every single part of him is in... proportion.
It takes a few minutes for her to calm herself, taking deep breaths as she leaves her phone face down, before she picks it up and responds to what clearly was a mistake on Haurchefant's part. ]

When the knight receives her message, he'll also see a photo of Ritsuka fresh out of the shower, completely nude and only visible from the waist up. Her bright red hair clings to her neck and shoulders, as she grins teasingly at the camera, obviously having a bit of fun at seeing how sexy she can be.
